I’m a clinical psychotherapist with training from Columbia University and over 10 years of experience working with young adults and adults in both clinical and school-based settings.
My approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe real change happens when there is trust, safety, and complete acceptance. I personalize therapy to meet your unique needs, drawing from a variety of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, schema therapy, somatic therapy, EMDR, exposure therapy, narrative therapy, and DBT/CBT.

This fee supports my ongoing specialized training, continuing education, and the time I dedicate to session preparation and care coordination.
