I am an adolescent behavioral health therapist with clinical training from Columbia University. I have 10+ years of experience working with teens and young adults in a range of clinical and school-based settings. I have received additional Master’s degree training in Narrative Medicine and Public Health, which I integrate into sessions.
I lead with warmth, compassion and a goal of building a strong therapeutic relationship. Change happens when you feel trust, safety and non-judgement. I tailor your therapy, drawing from modern and classical therapy techniques including psychodynamic therapy, somatic-based therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), narrative therapy, DBT and CBT. I am skilled at building relationship rapport and trust with young people so that they want to come to therapy and engage.
I look forward to working with you and your family!
